  • Request submitted within 14 days of initial program enrollment
  • Less than 25% of course materials accessed or downloaded
  • No completion certificates issued for any program modules
  • Original payment method still active and verifiable
  • Account in good standing with no policy violations

Partial Refund Considerations

Between days 15-30, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. We evaluate factors such as program progress, specific circumstances, and individual situations. These requests require additional documentation and processing time.
